CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be advised that LuxLash&Beauty has a 24-hour cancellation/reschedule policy prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to comply will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service. In the event of a same-day cancellation/no call or no-show, a 60% charge of your scheduled service will be incurred. This amount will not be credited towards future appointments.
